When are M&D weights legal in an AR-15
 

I have just purchased a stock Bushmaster XM15 E2S 20" A2 Target model rifle that came with M&D weights for the handguard and the buttstock.

I am confused as to what CMP or NRA class these added weights would cause the otherwise stock AR-15 to fall into.
