Refinishing Companies
 

Are there any reputible quality refinishing companies in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. We used to have Cogan Custom but they moved out of state. Also need someone with a fairly quick turn around time maybe with in four weeks or so as it's a duty weapon. Only need to refinish a slide on a G23. Either hard chrome or some other type of matte stainless finish. Thanks, Glocknload 19.

I'm not aware of anyone in that part of the country that does a hard chrome or satin nickel finish. Our NP3 would be a perfect finish, if you contact me off line we can discuss whether we can work something out to get it back to you in the time you have.

Bob was good, now in Alabama, have many done by him, but you have one of the best int the country here in Florida, you might have a wait but is well worth it.

Our CPII (Nickel/Boron Nitride) has a 2 week turnaround time on slides

I would say Fords since your looking to not ship and stay local.

They do excellent work.

An Excellent Refinishing Service company sadly Mr. Walter Birdsong has passed away. But the family is certainly doing a very spectacular job in keeping up the great family service.

Not local to you, but CCR does GREAT work. I have had two slides refinished by them and love their CPII finish!

I have thought about having my generation 2 Glock 23 camoed. Are there any companies in the Houston/Baytown Texas area that do that kind of work?

This is a bit of a necro. But are there any reputable refinishing companies in central or SE PA?

Recently had my Kahr CM9 cerakoted (Armor Black) by Easton Firearms Refinishing in Easton, PA. They do great work, are very reasonably priced and have a very good turnaround time (11 days there and back!). Highly recommended.
