stan, you changed barrels or nag sleeve ka sa original? what magazines are you using? what trigger is that? nasaan na yung sti trigger? (akin na lang! LoL!)

doc alvin, nag-sleeve from the original. mags i use are the ones that came with the unit; ACT-MAG 8 rounds, bought additional from Armscor at PHP1200. pasadya ang trigger to fit smoothly without wiggle. (Naunahan ka na sa STI trigger ng officemate ko :)

update on 40 trojan,

just went thru 5stage clubshoot. mecgars dont jam.....but they dont drop free either, the original metalform drops free and dont jam, so it looks like im going with metalform. btw, do you guys know of a way to make SS mags drop free?.....sayang mecgars ko.

my main issue was the frontsight.....it moved! around 1mm, i was wondering why i had a hard time hitting the poppers on the last stage, even with the rear sight maxed out to the left it still wasnt able to zero, geeeez real bummer considering this is an sti.

andrew: the mecgars don't drop free when empty and/or with rounds in? or baka when you grip it hard ayaw malaglag? that shouldn't be the case. baka meron sumasabit. usually the grip screws mahaba, or naiipit ng grips yung mag

doc, out of the 3 there's 1 that drops free, the same thing happens with rounds in or w/o. im sure ma remedy ng gunsmith eto, i tried looking for other options other than mecgar but the only one i can find are ACT mags at magnus....i dunno, im not really fond of ACT's, ive read/heard bad reviews. i think im sticking with the mecgars, after all....a mag that doesnt drop free is very easy to fix....a simple swipe of the left hand after hitting the mag button is not much of a hassle, i also hit the mag button with my left hand after all hehehe.
