Brazos Custom, Montana Gold Bullet & Shooters Connection Sponsor Area 6
SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. — The list of stage sponsors for the 2010 U.S. Practical Shooting Association’s Area 6 Championship sponsored by Glock continues to grow as three more companies, Brazos Custom Gunworks, Montana Gold Bullet and Shooters Connection, sign on to support the match.
In addition to serving as a stage sponsor, Shooters Connection will also be the main target supplier for the match. Already the Area 6 Championship has garnered support from Glock, the match's main sponsor, Springfield Armory, Atlanta Arms & Ammo and Techwear USA.
“The list of Area 6 corporate sponsors continues to grow,” said Charles Bond, USPSA Area 6 director. “Brazos Custom Gunworks, Montana Gold Bullet and Shooters Connection are all strong supporters of the shooting sports and 2010 marks the sixth consecutive year these three companies have participated in this match.”
The Area 6 Championship will take place at the South River Gun Club in Covington, Ga., April 16 through 18. Some 325 shooters from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, the states that make up the Area 6 region, and 20 other states are expected to attend as well as international shooters from Columbia and Jamaica.
Competitors will put more than 80,000 rounds down range as they negotiate their way through 12 challenging stages, vying for top honors in six divisions: Production, Limited, Limited-10, Single Stack, Revolver and Open.
