Tried them out. Night and day difference between there and here. Threads advocating illegal carry, posers, and mods determined to support and often participating in advocacy of illegal or irresponsible behavior caused me to look elsewhere.

I have been a paid member their for going on 2 years and have never had anyone try to feed me illegal information.

During my brief visits, every third thread was about carrying where it wasn't legal or was prohibited by the property owner, and why it should be done no matter what. Plenty of room there for those that are okay with that. I had hoped for better, it being a Tennessee board. I prefer GT :)

TGO O.K but GT Rules!

One thing irks me about TGO is you have to buy a Membership to place items on the Want to Sale board.

It didn't use to be like that. I had not been on TGO for a couple years and that was a surprise to me when I recently got back onto the site. Guess they needed funds to keep the site up and running and that was their only option. Either way, I'm here more then I am there,LOL.

I come to GT everyday. I go to TGO about twice a year.

The times I've heard anyone suggest illegal carry or other activity, they are quickly reminded that TGO doesn't permit such posts.

Same here. They may have reformed, but it was a comical forum rife with advocation of carry where posted or prohibited, and frequented by Kwikrnu.

Sad to not see more Tennessee members posting up here. I know there's more of us then this.:whistling:

I have been there for 2 years and have also not witnessed that. I have seen people warned about posting things like that. David wouldn't put up with that. Kwikrnu is permanently banned.

I'm on TGO often and I've only seen someone advocate illegal carry 1 time. The situation was quickly dealt with. Not sure what you all are talking about.

Many of my shooting buddies were met on TGO and some of them are my really good friends.

A bunch of members that were fed up with TGO made their own site. I post there too.

I am in Texas all my life , I an planning on moving to Tenn, I do wish to learn more of their gun laws, I am an avid shooter that shoots lots of rounds

I`m from Tennessee but now live in Nebraska. I belong to TGO and NFOA along with GT and Taurusarmed. I find now after being here for a few years that it seems like everything but Glock is talked about on GT. I very seldom come here anymore as I have to look through so much junk to see what I want. Sorry, but that is how I see it.

What is there to discuss about Glocks that hasnt been covered a thousand times?

One more time -
When the trigger is pulled, the glock goes bang. Every time!
