Not sure if my message went to you.
I wear my CB Supertuck at a little forward of 3:00.
Front clip is on the second hole from the top and the rear clip is on the third hole from the top.
Try moving it forward a bit until it is comfortable.
I have a good amount of padding so mine is very comfortable.
Hardly even notice it is there.
