How do I report a thief so that others don't get ripped off? I sold some training DVD's to "stevieono" several weeks ago. As a gesture for his military service I basically gave him one of the DVD's free and upgraded shipping to priority at my cost. He paid via PP and then disputed the payment after receiving them. He claimed a problem with his credit card saying he would make arrangements for a friend to pay me from another account and have heard nothing back from him since 03-13. Can he be flagged somehow so that he can't rip off other folks?

Need your help plz w/ a WTB thread for an S&W 642 that was locked, can't determine what I did to get it locked.
