Like many, I'm also a big fan of your work. You seem to be a humble, but extremely deadly guy. Hitting a target 230 yards away with a baby Glock??? Who does that??? That's crazy! First time I've seen that in my life. I don't know many shooters who can do that. It just goes to show that some people truly get better with age.

I wish you more success with the videos you make and the advice you give. No doubt, you are an asset to Glock Talk, as well as the shooting community.

Thanks. The G19 is a great gun, but since you already have the G27, maybe the G23 would make the most sense, especially if it's going to be a nightstand gun.

Even though I have the G21 and G20, I keep my G23 by the bed, mainly to get me to my shotgun, of course. :-)

I'm a huge admirer of your shooting capabilities, and decided to ask your advice on my next gun.
I am pondering weather I should get a G22 or G23. I currently own a G27, and love it! It's my carry gun, and only gun.
The reason why I want a full size frame, is because I want to set it up as my nightstand/tactical/show gun, therefore I will be mounting a light/laser combo, and other little shinny things on it. I know all of yours are stock, and that's what you recommend, so that is the reason I carry my 27 bone stock except for Trijicons.
I have medium but thick hands, and was wondering, of your experience with them, what you would recommend.
Your time and advice would be greatly appreciated.
PS please keep posting those great videos! Surely I'm not the only one that's learned a thing or two from them.

Thanks! In virtually every video, I'm using either a leather Don Hume OWB holster or else the polymer Fobus paddle holster. I use the Don Hume for carry usually.

I love your videos too! You're an amazing shot! What holster is that in you second G19 video? Thanks and keep up the good work. -Jon

Just wanted to say I'm a big fan of your youtube videos. I think I've seen them all, and many more than once. Your excellent reviews were a big influence on my last two gun purchases (both Glocks)!!

Thanks. I bought a conversion barrel years ago to convert a G23 to 9mm, but I decided it wasn't worth it. I found that I needed to change out the ejector and extractor, as well, in order to get absolute reliability. I just bought a Glock 19 and forgot about trying to make one out of the G23.

Yes, I handload everything except .40 caliber. Too many years of bulged cases made me a little nervous. I do load for all other pistol calibers, though: .44 Special, .44 Mag, .357 mag, 10 mm, 9mm, .45 Colt, .45-70, etc.

Hi, I watched your youtube vids and they were impressive! I have a G23 and will have a used G27 this week. I have a couple G22's and a 21. Anyway your vids got me thinking I should spend my extra $ on practice instead of more guns! I can always do the conversion thing to save money. "DesertRat" on this forum says and shows on a video how he took a G29 barrel and used it in a G30 an both shot the same at 10yds. Have you ever used conversion barrels? Do you reload for your practice? Thanks for your info and vids...I love this forum for that type of thing!! Regards, Chuck McAllister
