Does anybody have good or bad experiences with either of these? I've had Husky in the past on work trucks, but didn't know of any other options back then.

I'm also specifically wondering about coverage in the "walk-through" area between the 2nd row bucket seats. I can tell that the WeatherTechs cover that area, but can't tell with the Husky Liners.

Also, does anybody have experience with the newer X-act Contour Husky? It seems like a more rubbery version of the WeatherBeater, but I can't find much info.

Other recommendations are welcome as well.

Thanks for any info...

one thing that I have noticed as my Glock collection grows is that when I practice shooting with one Glock I shoot the others better also. I'm sure its because the triggers are similar. this is a big atvantage when some calibers are hard to find or too costly. I don't have any issues with different grips of the subs, compacts, full size, or even different calibers. now all of my carry guns and my G20 woods gun have about the same trigger and for me thats a big plus :wavey:.

I came across this video on YouTube about the items needed to start reloading and the costs. IMO this is a very good video for newbies and people who are contemplating getting into reloading.
This guy did buy a 650 but he says in the video that he could have lessened his costs by buying a less expensive press, etc.

So, if you are thinking about getting into reloading watch this video. It will answer a lot of your questions.

This discussion of big bores and guns you love to hate brings a question I have wondered about but have not seen aswered.

When does the bullet leave the gun and is no longer affected by the recoil surge?

So, to clarify, maybe...

The gun goes bang.

The muzzle climbs as a result of the bang.

But clearly the bullet leaves at some point between bang and muzzle climb or else the moon would have more lead in it than Colorado.

With my .44 mag, I just point and pray, since I can't to squat about muzzle climb.

Clearly, at some point, someone figgered out that recoil muzzle climb did not affect POI, but I wonder why it doesn't...does the bullet really leave that fast?

Hey guys, I also posted this in the GATE, but I'd like to get multiple opinions on this please.

I'm looking for electronic ear protection. Not only for the range, but if I were to have to use it (assuming I have time to put it on) in an HD situation.

Price/budget is not an issue here, I want something that will last and is considered "top notch" or close to.

Any input regarding brands is appreciated, thanks!

Greetings. I've done some googling on this topic, and it appears that the TB contirbutes to difference in trigger pull weight between the two gens.

Almost everyone agrees that a gen 3 can be used in a gen 4 and that it will help the trigger, but some claim the gun will be less safe.

GT gurus, what say you?

Before anyone suggests it, I'm simply not a .25 trigger job kinda guy.
“..This team of investigators who actually handled the wreckage and victims’ bodies, prove that the officially proposed fuel-air explosion did not cause the crash,” reads a statement by the producers of the film, which will debut on cable network EPIX next month. “They also provide radar and forensic evidence proving that one or more ordinance explosions outside the aircraft caused the crash.” However, the statement said they did not speculate about the source or sources of any ordinance explosions.

The whistleblower team, which includes investigators-at the time-from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), TWA, and the Airline Pilots Association, have since retired from their positions. They claim that at the time, they were placed under a gag order by the NTSB, which they charged falsified the official conclusion of the cause of the crash. They indicated they would elaborate more in a Wednesday media briefing.

I just got a pt time job tending bar, 2-3 nights a week. I last tended bar 15 years ago, and things have changed a bit. When I first started back in 1992, Budweiser was the overwhelming favorite beer, and Coors Lite a distant second. We even would have promotions for new beers, and most of the guys would rather buy Bud or Coors Lite than drink free beer. Now, Bud is our poorest seller and I haven't sold more than 2 bottles of Coors Lite in 3 shifts. Some of the older guys(over 40) still drink Bud but the younger guys won't even touch it.

We have a couple of summer camps where counselors from all over the US and Europe work, and they come in every night. And these kids can drink. I thought that I could pack it away when I was their age, but these kids are professionals.

There are a lot of very hot young women, primarily from Eastern Europe. You won't believe what they mostly play on the juke box. Johnny Cash! They love the guy, and it is great to hear him over the techno pop crap and hip hop most Americans their age play. If I was only 30 years younger. I am older than the parents of most of my coworkers.

One of my 1911's, a springfield black stainless, doesn't like 10 round mags with any bumpers etc... Have a bunch of Chip McCormick's from years ago that work great in my other 1911's. (Bought a lot of Chip's mags years ago since they worked great for me...) but won't engage on the fully in this gun.

So... what is your favorite 10 round, no bumper mags for 1911's...?

and while we are at it favorite regular mags? Yes, budget matters but only if they are reliable. No f'n Promags etc... In fact, Springfield's OEM mags are crappy IMO and after reading how many people think that Springfield 1911's aren't good and knowing the bad luck I have with their mags, I think they shoot themselves in the foot. Years ago, for a standard mag, Metalform was a great choice and good value. Still true??
