Mine didn't come nice and white. It was stamped and the finsih was somewhat spotty down inside the stamping. The photos I took of mine were enhanced by angles and lighting to make the markings stand out better. I store mine with a sprayed on coat of oil in the original plastic Glock tupperware box.
