Sportsmans Warehouse in Anchorage, AK. I bought it a couple years ago so I don't know if they still carry those.
I bought 6 or so and put one in the glovebox of each vehicle, one in my daypack, one in my winter coat, etc.

You posted a picture of a shell case. What is it? Where can I get one? It looks a lot more comfortable than carrying a speedloader in my off poket.
