Hard to find now I suppose, but Jack Palance played a wicked Edward Hyde.

My personal favorite is Doug Bradley (Pinhead) from the Hellraiser films. One. And two, (Hellbound) .

His delight in "The suffering....the sweet suffering!"was bloodcurdling. "Ohhhh no tears please! Its a waste of good suffering!" "But trick us again child, and your suffering will be legendary! Even in Hell!" The guy who played Uncle Frank was up there too. "Each puts more flesh on my bones! And we both want that..."

Though this is about bad guys, I have one favorite wicked woman. Alice Kridge. In Ghost Story and as the Borg queen.
She has this wicked little smile that says, "You are toast!" And a hideous little leer that would make a spider shiver.
