recoil spring

has anyone had a problem with the gen4 stainless recoil spring I had the spring wind over itself any one else have this problem please let me know and is this a normal problem or did I just get a bad one ?

I have a new Gen4 G27 which after aprox. 200 rnds. began to fail to cycle fully forward when manually removing the chambered rnd, no issues while shooting though. AFter about 500 rnds the problems seems to have corrected itself ...seemingly! I think the Frog Lube did a good job helping to lap the slide grooves.Posted 03-17-2013 at 12:04 by engineskip

After writing a quick email to Glock about the trouble I attributted to the RSA on my Gen4 G27 I mysteriously received a brand new one 2 days ago! Snapped it in and no more issues. Good Job Glock!Posted 03-28-2013 at 00:06 by engineskip
