I have a new Gen4 G27 which after aprox. 200 rnds. began to fail to cycle fully forward when manually removing the chambered rnd, no issues while shooting though. AFter about 500 rnds the problems seems to have corrected itself ...seemingly! I think the Frog Lube did a good job helping to lap the slide grooves.

    Glock customer service ...

After writing a quick email to Glock about the trouble I attributted to the RSA on my Gen4 G27 I mysteriously received a brand new one 2 days ago! Snapped it in and no more issues. Good Job Glock!
